With nothing for April and May, June was better for me, but not back to previous years' workload levels. When you're at the bottom of a well, there's no place to go but up.

Best month over what time period. This year? Hopefully, it's not since you have been doing this. That would mean you are a newbie.

June is not over, but it's zero right now. General work rules the month.

I also got low ball callers, and the ever popular, "Let me see if I can get that approved." I make more doing general notary work with instant pay than what I'm being offered to travel and wait 30 days for payment.

Hang in there ... June was my best month for the year. I try to remember what others have said on here about the slow months. That's the time to prospect with new title companies or signing services.
