Has anyone heard from them lately? I used to get a lot of work from them but nothing since April 5.

Still doing work for them - one today in fact. I've been talking with them and their work has slowed as of late. Many changes are taking place in the mortgage industry - first was the increasing requirement that an owner have 20% equity in their property or face MI charges, and now, there is pressure by the feds to tighten up the debt to income ratio. This will throw a lot of people out of the game, due to the fact that people are trying to survive on less due to increasing costs of food and gasoline. Not a pretty picture right now and our profession is suffering along with everyone else.
