Nationwide Closing Connection - filed complaint today w/ the

MI state Attorney Genl's office. Motivated after reading 6/11/11 post on how they're still scamming SAs.

MI has a great online form & I think that for all scammed SAs, this is probaly ur best bet. I've hounded scumbags like SOX w/ a 100% success rate, but that's time-consuming & if u truly want these low-lifes out of business, this is the most effective & effiecient way. For alot of us SAs, we are unaware of NotRot until it's too late.

I gave TC & BO a heads up call, so they'd know I wasn't complaining about them. TC mgr said the check they pd to NCC CLEARED on 12/30/09 - my signing was on 12/16/09! I'm REALLY glad I filed & I feel lighter - whew!
