POA and changing a will

From yesterday I just wanted to thank everyone for there imput into my questions. All is much appreciated as we also found out that we DO NOT have to sign anything without our attorney's approval first. Not sure why she even wanted us to sign her will if that is what she is attempting to create.
Anyway thanks for the great advice and I hope it may also help others.

Because of yesterday's conversation, I thought I'd review our state's laws on the topic.

I found that an Attorney-in-Fact in Washington may not change the principal's will, codicil, life insurance, annuity, employee benefit plan beneficiary designation, trust agreement, and a whole bunch of other things.

Thanks for the interesting topic and helpful answers.
