Has anyone heard of Preferred Choice Escrow

I am in San Diego. I have never heard of them, even though I run current lists of all possible sources for me to provide a notary service. Maybe a new organization. PLS let us know what you find out. Pls post in SC.

They are reputable - they have used us and never had an issue.
