And it reminded me of something I heard this morning:
Consider a snowflake...each one unique and one of the most fragile things in nature.
Yet, when banded together, they can become an avalanche capable of toppling tall trees and demolishing anything standing in its path.
In other words, stick to your fees and just say no when necessary....everybody.
