The Dynamic Group
Hi, Has anyone performed work for this company? They owe me some money and I am wondering if they are still in business? Thanks, Krista

I think they are the same as Dynamic Field Solutions--
deadbeats & many payment problems were reported here.

This deadbeat company is known by several similar names,
To be safe don't take any work from a company with "Dynamic" anywhere in their name.
I posted a couple of months ago the action to take in regards to this criminal Vicky Martin. Since that time, I've heard from well over 50 Notaries that have been cheated by this thief. I posted the link to file a complaint against her company, and here it is again.

I strongly urge anyone that has been cheated by her to file. It's easy and it will only cost you .44 and some of your time. Good luck everyone.

Re: This deadbeat company is known by several similar names,
This company owes me for 2 signings - their website is gone, their phone numbers are disconnected. I do have Angelas phone number that printed on a confirmation - her voicemail still comes up with her name but of course she never answers or returns calls. I have printed the District Atty information provided by another thread thank you - I will be filing my complaint and filing with the Better Business Bureau in Orange County. Glad they only got me for 2 - its hard enough out there right now without people like this using our services, time, paper, ink, gas - we know they got paid! I have been trying to call the title company for 2 weeks all I ever get is voicemail. I tried calling mortgage company they said they can not help me. Wish I would have seen these comments prior to accepting these assignments.

yes, i do believe they are the one and the same Dynamic Fiels Solution, I to was stiff by this company back in 2009, and still unable to collect. One and all Notaries stay away from doing business with them, past it on

Hello, fellow NSA's. Did you know that it is a federal law that all funds must be disbursed when a loan funds? Not just the payoff for the previous loan (if a refi) but ALL debts? We, signing notaries, are a debt at that time. If you still have HUD 1's from your DFS closings, look to see who the Settlement Agent was - that's who got the money from the Lender. I would give them a call, tell them you did not get paid and you feel you have unknowingly participated in an illegal act because you did not get paid. No one wants to hear the word "illegal". DFS is evidently out of business so what do we have to lose? I am going this route with Final Link Signing also so I probably won't ever get another assignment from them but who cares? I am not getting paid anyway. WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Let's be professionals - not chickens!!!

Citation please?
Also, if your name's not on the HUD you're not a debt.

Linda, if you talk with lenders, title companies and/or HUD you will hear that all funds are to be disbursed at closing. The fact that you have a confirmation with a stated fee on it makes you a debt on that particular loan. Right now, I am working with a lender to get my fees from a signing agency. I may never get another assignment from them but who cares??? At least I will get monies earned - and - that is why we work - to get paid. We must stop being wimpy and realize that this is a professional business!!We took an oath and can be fined considerably and in some cases, serve jail time for not following rules and regulations of the office. We are elected public officials, albeit with limited powers. Lets get the respect we deserve and anyone who does not see it this way should surrender his/her commission!

Re: The Dynamic Group/ DFS - whatever... just as a rose by
any other name... A crokk by any other name ist still a crokk & still smells like a RAT!! Scammed me for $175 in 2008! Run don't walk as fast as possible in the other direction! Better yet, run like the wind to small claims!
