The doc signers

Last evening at 9:19 pm, long after I left the office, got a e-mail from The Doc Signiers Inc Phoenix Az for a signing in my area. Fee was acceptable.
At 9:39, 2nd e-mail says the order has been covered. Ok. I was not in the offie.
The 2nd e-mail has a statement "**Pay immediately!** Actually FedEx checks to notaries."
Belowthat, is included a list of comments from 6/22/2011 back to 8/22/2007. These comments are crediedt as being on Notary Rotary.

I have no problems with these e-mails, but being me, my question is, has anyone else had this type of e-mail from this service?

Nothing in SC.

I'm always leary of companies that claim to have already looked themselves up on any rating site. (If you are good you don't have to tell folks, they already know.)

FedEx checks to notaries? Isn't passing the sniff test in my book.

FWIW, I have not had any business dealings with this company.

Do a search; there are several comments, mostly good, but from a year ago.

They always meet my fee $$$ without hesitation. They do Fed Ex your check; I have always received it within a few days of the signing. I would take all I can get from them.

AAA plus company. I would give them 6 stars. The mail a check when you let them know the order is completed. And nice to work with!

They pay quickly. They don't hand hold. They are available any time for questions. They are a great company.

The Doc Signers: Hands down my fav company

They advertise being good to notaries, and they are--unusually so. They pay-pal me payments within hours of my completion reports. I have done many, many closings for them, and they are fantastic to work with, even on closings that get "funny" I once had a LO come back and say I missed a page. The Doc Signers and I went back and looked at the docs that were originally sent and saw that the LO had provided a bad scan where a page was missed. They told the LO to back off, as I'd made no mistake. I was asked to go have the missed page signed and was given a healthy fee for the trouble, and an apology from the LO. I LOVE working with The Doc Signers. They'll go to bat for their notaries.

Have never had to pay them anything.

I've done quite a few signings for The Doc Signers. They pay well. They pay fast. They have never charged me a dime. They're great to work with. They can call me ANY time.

If you go to their website to register it states there is a fee. I guess if they call you, they don't charge it???

I think that's pretty much it. I get the impression he doesn't want to be spending his valuable time being bombarded with requests from people trying to get into his database. If he has something in an area where he doesn't have proven folks he's already done business with, he will do the research and check them out himself - as needed. When looked at through that prism, it makes sense to me.
