techie help
I used the search button but came up empty. I read at one time that to correct some issues one can restore computer to an earlier date. My Adobe Reader and my Internet page have both been updated and I don't like the changes. Besides losing sound, it takes 2-3 actions to accomplish what I could do with 1 click earlier. I don't like this new set-up. Where do I go to restore my settings, or programs, to an earlier date if that is possible?
TIA

Under Accessories you will find System Tools, System Restore is in System Tools.

Well, tried System Restore but everything is the same. Now my computer is running super slow. Even as I typed this the computer stalled.

On the internet update A few weeks ago my automatic Windows updates updated my Internet Explorer from IE8 to IE9. I didn't like the change so I just went to the Control panel and uninstalled it, and IE8 came back.

Sounds like what happened to me. I was afraid to uninstall it because I might lose my connection. Good to hear it went back to the previous connection. Thanks.
