Bella Homes Update

Bella Homes had stopped payment on a check I recieved. I recieved a second check 4 days later but was afraid to deposit this one as the first one had cost me a bank charge of $12.
I had tried throughout the holiday season to contact the accounting dept. but I kept getting a voice mail and no one returned my phone calls. Today I finally made contact with accounting who advised they had stopped payment on a batch of duplicated checks. Thats all good and fine but had they contacted me I could have just returned the second check. They have agreed to reimburse me the $12 and have told me to go ahead and deposit the check I am holding.
