One deal today

One of the biggest home loans I've seen in years. 1.8 million -Bank ING, biggest home loan I did was for 4 million beach front property 2004.

I would love to do a 4 million beachfront property. lol Most of my loans are near the 1million mark due to where I live. Been to some nice homes. One thing though, Im glad I have a 2200 sq ft home cuz those 15000 sq ft homes were all freezing in there and the BO were wearing sweaters.

My friend lives ten minutes outside of DC and he calls his home the retirement plan. Seems that area has not been hit as hard as most with the housing crunch. He bought it 17 years ago for 400K the value now is over 1 million.

He has this huge house and he lives by himself, even though he is only 10 minutes from DC he says it takes almost an hour to get to work because of traffic everyday.
