Power Link

Anybody ever heard of these people?
I just got an email asking me to become one of their "preferred vendors."
Rates seem a bit low!!!
Here is a portion of their email.

Our company handles all REO properties (cash and finance). For Example: Our cash closes consists of a small documents package of 12-25 pages and the normal fees for these closing are $45-$50. Our finance closings are a bigger documents package which entails an e-doc fee bringing the fee up to $65-$75. If you are interested in becoming part of our team here at Power Link, please email me back and I will send you our set up package

Yes, and the next line they feed you at these prices goes something like this, "we get ALOT of VOLUME in your area, so if you accept these fees, you will get alot of business from us." Baloney.....

See message # 408538, below.

You'll be preferred by the company if you are one who accepts the offered fees.

I received a similar message not too long ago. I delete it. Not interested in doing work for those fees.

They won't call you, unless they're in a desperate situation.

Possible, but chances of that are slim to none. These companies always find someone who will do work for them for peanuts.

Well, just like drugs, I can always say no, and tell me 1Notary1, Have you worked for EVERY SIINGLE SS and TC that you have marketed?

First of all, bagger, I don't work for anyone, I work for myself. Second, I just gave my opinion based on personal experience. You can do what you want.

Re: But, he will be hooked up in case of that eventuality.

Not so. These are REO's and are almost done exclusively in a bank or RE office during normal working hours. Some times it is difficult to find a NSA that is available during those hours. In that case, you stand a good chance of them meeting your fees.
