Yeah...if this is the R&R Group...don't give up on it

My understanding is (1) only the individuals filed - not the company; (2) they listed their business creditors as their personal debts, which I don't believe is acceptable, and (3) there was a hearing for which they did not show up, so the BK was dismissed - not discharged, but DISMISSED...

If it's the same company, keep pursuing.
