Sad but interesting info

I found this info at YELP.com, when will they ever learn???

My employees created the Website and Logos for MLS Title Inc. over 6 months ago and still have not been paid. The Principles, Hab Shahen and Leah Balmer have promised payment but never delivered. I have attempted to get a response from the rest of the Management Team including Kristen "Krissie" Anthony, Angela Byers and Jay Lapre to no avail.

Since MLS Title, Inc. is an Insurance Company regulated by the PA Department of Insurance to protect the Ownership of our Real Estate I feel compelled to warn the Public about the Unethical Business Practices of MLS Title Inc. of Pittsburgh, PA.

Feel free to let them know how you would feel if you built a Website and Branding System (that they continue to use and generate income from) and still had not been paid for over 6 Months. Unfortunately, my employees know all too well.

Please do not put yourself, your Family or your Property at jeopardy by doing business with MLS Title, Inc. of Pittsburgh, PA.

It looks like Hab has started a new title company.

He use to own BCHH which is in SC. Looks like Valuenet has something to do with BCHH now.
They where a really good company to work for back about 2 years ago. Sounds again like Hab is up to his old tricks again.

Hab, Leah and Angie have had their hands in several companies that somehow end up with negative reviews and most times for non-pay issues. You can only blame others so many times...but when your name is linked to more than one title company that left people stuck for money owed...you really should look at how honest you are being.

Metro Lender Services has owed me since August 2011. Why is it the companies that are non-payers always send us on the longest trips with the most difficult docs. These low life ah
will not even give you the courtesy of a reply. Don't work for them if you want to be paid.

Hab and Leah worked for Land Options in Pittsburgh back in the early 2000's. They defaulted on a large balance and then filed for bankruptcy. Don't expect to get paid. They're crooks.
