I have an internet fax account where I can scan and email. I'm looking to eliminate my $120 a month phone bill.

I've used it in the past, but I was having too many problems with international calls so I cancelled the service. I think if you use it within the States you should be ok. However, you can not use it for faxes. Give it a try. I think they're running a promotion right now for a free first month.

I've had two phone lines for 7 years now. In the beginning,

I always had issues faxing to certain numbers. This too several months for the engineers and others to resolved. Personally, I think Vonage was being blocked by the other providers. Haven't had any problems in a long time.

Had Vonage for about 3 years prior to moving. As others

have stated, the only problem I had was with faxing. So, simply switched to scan and email.

Use voipmyway @ $5.50 per month. Have faxed with no problems,
Dropped Vonage about 3 years ago because of off shore customer service,

I love Vonage. My own experience is that it is more reliable than traditional providers. In fact, I can't speak to the quality of customer service, because I have had so few problems over the years I have used it. My bill this month was $43.74.

Just as an update - I hooked up my fax to the Vonage line yesterday and it works. I can mainly use for outgoing but I do have myfax.com also which is just as good.
