Please be aware I just received a notice in the mail that Accurate National Signing Service a DBA for Amanda Marie Kirkish has filed Chapter 7 BK Nov 14, 2013. Case Number 6:13-BK-28607-MW. Creditors meeting is December 19, 2013 in Riverside CA.

Looks like to me the Kirkish's listed everyone who ever worked for ANS whether they were paid or not. In this way, Amanda is sure to cover all her bases. I'm pretty sure this little blond biz owner and her co-owners haven't a clue as to who is owed/not owed because there was no order, organization or accounting system going on. To date, no one has received a 1099 from ANS.

Pegi is right on. The IRS and the FTB will have a field day with the Kirkishes.

When you file BK, you also have to provide tax returns for the business to the US Bankruptcy Court Trustee.

Yes, I also received this notice. Amanda still owes me for a second signing with the same borrowers last October, 2012.
