Do they still owe you money? What's their deal with naming every single contractor that ever worked for them? They didn't even put any amounts by our names. Are they trying to make it look worse than it really is? Probably hoping the judge is going to feel so sorry for them and grant them a discharge. Their stupid bankruptcy is never going to get discharged anyway.....the judge will never go for it.....too much deception, fraud, and lies involved with this entire outfit. I'm curious to know when the IRS is going to step in.
