American Notary Signing Agents
The "American Notary Signing Agents" appears to be organizing in an effort to help support us signing agents manuver around or through the impending NNA-SPW guidelines. Any thoughts about this group. Are they for real or is this just another money grab?

ANSA is for real, and is currently being organized by volunteers, including me. Hundreds of people who agree that the NNA/SPW activities are not in the best interests of NSAs have already joined.
If you are willing to volunteer some time to coordinate in your own state or to offer your skills to build the group, please feel free to sign up on the contact form.

To unite NSAs from across the US to develop an alternative to the SPW while complying with the guidelines set forth by the CFPB. The alternative will be developed by NSAs for NSAs in order to have their voices heard in this arena. Our ultimate goal is to create a non-profit organization where NSAs can exchange information and ideas for years to come, in a safe environment.

I produced a lot of material that was posted on that website, when I left the organizing group because they had motives I did not share, they eventually deleted my stuff. They found another SA from WA to replicate what I was doing and when I tried to connect with her--they deleted my post.
I have 27+ years in and around state government, 24 years as a legislative analyst, auditor and lobbyist. I have enough experience to smell a rat. I ran the other way.
Beware.

They delted your post?
Washington is missing out. You all need to be working together.

Martha, what "motives" did they have that you didn't agree with?
Thanks!
