And yet another post about this code of conduct

http://cdn.nationalnotary.org/Media/SPW-Code%20of%20Conduct.pdf

You know when you read this ridiculous code of conduct, if lenders, TCs. Signing Services would stop asking notaries to break the laws by back dating, improperly IDing and so on, get their documents correct, out on time, do their job, explain the documents they are required to to the borrowers, answer their phones and emails and compensate the highly trained professional notaries that exist there is no need for this piece of garbage. And there would be no need for us to make unprofessional posts on social media if they respected their contractors and vendors. Perhaps they made a mistake and this is the hiring parties code of conduct.

By the way, I'm sure that since these proposed certified signing specialist requirements are for the benefit of the borrowers there certainly will not be any fee to take this test.
