I received a bankruptcy notice today naming Charles Goo & Sally Ann Carrillo as debtors. Can someone tell me what signing agency they represented so that I can check and see if they owe me? Thanks

Didn't find Charles Goo any where, but there is a Sally Ann Carrillo, Notary Public in CA who also is listed at an escrow company in Cerritos.

R&R Group
That's most likely the R & R Group... they filed for bankruptcy in 2012, but it was dismissed because of an issue with his business debts and the personal bankruptcy. I'm not sure what. He re-filed back in July of this year.

Did 1 for R&R a couple years ago and had to dig out all the tricks to get paid. Did get it eventually. I remember them listed as a law firm if memory serves.

They're listed here on SS and reviews are horrible, the last one was in Nov 2012.
