Boy, times must be hard...

Did a Quicken closing today...you know, the ones where they send the docs to the borrower. Well open the package and take out the docs and out drop two regular papermate cheapo black pens. Not their regular nice Quicken blue pens. I chuckled under my breath.

Lol..I had 2 of those closings today..Only 1 pen in each package 2 borrowers in each closing. One BO commented on it and asked if they had to share the pen? Yep the cheap o ones too! Oh and the mask cut outs are gone from the box too..that must of been for Halloween..I thought the same thing!

Both of mine were through TS..The pens I use a the expensive ones..The BIC stick at least..lol No body wants to keep those! I do have fancy pens that I give out!
