Federal Trade Commission Contact Information

A friend called the FTC and was advised that they would like you to send them the emails you are receiving from companies who only allow one BGC so they can investigate further. Below is the information. Apparently they have received numerous complaints. The more the better.

Here is some information on the number to call,

It also may help us recognize and tell people about bigger trends affecting consumers. We do not resolve individual consumer disputes. For Competition Issues click here. http://www.ftc.gov/

Except that they have been careful to skirt the monopoly

issue by saying it can be NNA or Sterling. This is such a huge PIA. I'm getting these emails daily, and responding that I'm not going to do it, especially sign that release that FNF is requiring.

There are companies asking for NNA ONLY, that is why

this person took the time to find who to send the information to.

Thanks, I'm sending them my barrage against

1. the way this regulation-thingy has been launched

2. the clearly obvious single benefactor/benafctee .org

3. why no input solicited from Signing Agents.....because the Specialist designation is not intended for the Signing Agent benefit.

4. (there's sure to be more, just haven't put it in words yet...)
