Flexible Signing / newer co (?)

Hello, I just received an email from a company called Flexible Signing with a 947 area code (Southfield, MI). There's basically no info on them here, and they do appear very new. Does anyone have any experience or info to share? thx

Brand new as of September 2013....tread carefully. Get references, biz license, who will pay you, when, since there are no ratings I would recommend being paid up front. Otherwise Megan, PA is a long way from Southfield, MI.

Hard to collect from a "shell" company...where are they located, no website, exactly the kind of business we all need to be cautious about in these economic times.

Oh, I always do. They state they handle closings for FidelityTitle. They have a website, but there's not much on it, really. I do see one five-star review in signing central, but that is all I could find. Was hoping someone here had worked for them to get some feedback, good or bad.
