Hide and Seek: Don't you agree?

Everyone recognizes that this is a public forum here. So many people here HIDE behind the right to free speech. However in privacy they Seek application and compliance to the New Standards without question. I'm curious, how many of the Nay sayers have and will actually say No when it's time to comply. Think about it, when in front of fans we say one thing, but privately we do something totally different and try to justify it. If so, then why are there still hostile tones and contrary comments if you will comply in the end. We call that noise and its loud over here.

I'm just Saying It's hypocritical.

Has anyone every heard " you can't bless and curse with the same tongue". I'm just saying to everyone that is publicly opposing the "New Standards" that there is more credibility behind folks that say No publicly and actually act on that No privately. It seems hypocritical that so many complaints are going out but when phones ring, are you really saying No to the Title Companies, SS, and lenders? I think it is a dis-service to influence folks to reject something that you yourself may be conforming to privately.

Who amongst the crew is ACTUALLY going to refuse to comply? I'd like to hear that one. Because the higher the numbers that actually reject the requirement the greater the chance they won't get enacted. Right? Let's think about how many people don't post here but actually read these comments and how many of them put credence in the experience noted on profiles. And how shameful it is that although there is a lot of rejection on here, there will certainly be acceptance when the phone rings and no one is watching. I'm just saying by definition, It's hypocritical.

Okay, now listen carefully......ME!! I'm going to refuse to get a BGC thru the NNA and will refuse to sign a Release form that authorizes *designated people who make a request* to have a copy of my BGC. Aside from the BGC I already have as a requirement of being commissioned in CA, I AM willing to get another one but NOT thru the NNA or Sterling.

So there....you just heard that one.

Lolita does not get that we're working out our collective

brains to see what we can do to forstall the derailment of the "Specialist" scenario into a monopoly for xyz, which acts under the guise of "our pal" (slap you on the back while picking your pocket). I think she's on the xyz payroll.
