How about a standardized loan pkg?
The script would not be so bad if I only had to use a line once. Honestly, I have my own script and would adjust in the interest of standardization. How can we possibly be expected to standardize our presentation when the package we present varies from lender/tc to lender/tc.

Interesting idea; wouldn't work for Louisiana though. We're already suffering from a bad case of "common-law creep" here; mortgages that should be 2 or 3 pages turn into 50+ page monstrosities.

I think it's a great idea, but . . .
I suspect if they made one, standardized loan package, it would have EVERY document in it. Then all loan packages would be 200 pages.

We could form a Notary "Workgroup" with intention to
create a standardized loan pkg. If they don't meet our guidelines we kick it back. (Do I need to say "just kidding.)
