If you get a BGC through Sterling...

Good luck getting a receipt to prove you bought it! I have been going through peons, and supervisors, and still can't get what I need for taxes, and any other companies, such as XYZ, who would need to see it.
Has anyone gotten a receipt from them for payment?

I have a background check through them but the title company I am a contract closer paid for it. When they sent me a copy of my background check it strangely came with a receipt made out in my name (even though I did not pay for it). How did Sterling deliver your report? They mailed me mine via Snail Mail.

When I ordered I received a receipt when I paid with my debit card.They emailed the report.

I brought Sterling almost a year ago online. They sent me an email receipt. I always keep a copy of online receipts in my email account so I can do a "search" at anytime and it will pop up. Hope this helps.

I am glad you got receipts. Just adds fuel to my fire with their current incompetence.
