I will never do another signing for this company because I had to track them down for my payment it took almost 3months to get paid only to receive half of payment be on the look out for this company of wanting Free labor.

GA is prohibited to GA signings however we can perform out of state closings in GA

Yes they are slow to pay (3 months) and needed a few emails to get paid. But, they did pay me for the services I performed.

I invoice them every week and have called several times I performed 2 different jobs for them I was paid for 1 job and nothing for the first job. If I ever worked for them I would need payment up front.

Signing July 1, 2013 rec'd check Nov 12, 2013.
After several e-mails with responses "Working on it", I mailed copies of original order, invoice, and
e-mail dialogue directly to the home address of the registered agent (Stephanie Blanton Munsey, 1841 Fairfield Farms Road, Campobello, SC 29322) rather than the P O Box of the company.
Had immediate phone call from Jack Munsey and assurance that my check would be
mailed at once, and it was. In the envelope I provided! Need to go the top to get response.
