60+ days for payment on cash deal. 28 days for payment on cash deal even with my company name on the HUD and wire confirmed. No response to phone calls to accounting or emails until I contacted the person below. Email responses to billing queries have the following disclaimer:

"Federal law requires us to advise you that a communication with our office could be interpreted as an attempt to collect a debt and that any information obtained will be used for that purpose."
