Looking for The Post About Lawsuit Filed

that someone posted a few weeks back about unfair competition and creating a financial burden on small business and fair competition. If anyone can remember it, how I can find it, or the person who posted it could direct me to it. And I have tried to search and cannot find it. Thanks

Could it have been the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau?

Do ANYONE remember seeing the article? I remember it was APPROXIMATELY 10/20/13 - 10/24/13 and was not on the first subject line of the post, but there was a link to the article in response to the original post.

I also thought it was Federal Consumer Protection Bureau, NOT the FTC, because the FTC does not settle consumer complaints. I might be wrong.

The article was about unfair business practices which causes undue hardship on small businesses.

I'm guessing at the date ---it was approximately around the time we were all chattering about the sole-source provider for the background check from the NNA, but that isn't why I'm looking for the article.

Every night I have been going back through every single *&^% post, line by line, and I'm beginning to believe it was a nightmare or wishful thinking.

It would be great if someone else remember the article.
