Don't believe it - I had a heck of a time getting them to

refund an overcharge to me 7 years ago when I first started I Florida - paid for the package that includes a year's membership and they THEN charged me again for a membership - they didn't want to refund any of it..

Finally got it but what a hassle!

As in any guarantee, it is only as good as the paper it's written on and the business offering it.
I believe you would have a very hard time receiving money back from the NNA.
They talk a great game, but I feel they would flounder a bit on this.
