NNA is posting on Social Media and Responding in
emails that it was their intent to get the notary signing agents input about their new Guidelines. Well, then why didn't they invite us to participate when they formed this group over a year ago? Once again, no respect for the people who sit down with their borrowers, who jump through hoops to accommodate the companies or provide the best possible customer service for the borrower. I wish they would come up with mutal standards that would assist us both in providing a positive experience for the borrower.
