I wonder how they stay in business as a two-star company. The staff is "top heavy", and their fees are very low. I've done one signing for them in 13 years. Not sure how that happened, but maybe that's before we all knew what they're about.

I did one for them once...

I checked SC, threw a high number out with the stipulation they pay me via PayPal immediately. They met it, paid immediately, I printed and completed. I did get a call from a "manager" about how the comments in SC are biased, not to be believed, unfairly characterized, etc etc.... Yet, I'm a member here and a contributor....I wonder if he knew what he was saying was being directed at me as a member? Nah, he probably thought I was buying into it and that I thought egotistically of myself that I was better than "those other people that post on Not Rot." Wow is all I can say to that.

NLC is just the platform. The co. I worked for in the past was Loan Processing Center in Kentucky. The emails I get are lowball offers. I just delete them now. I had major problems collecting from LPC. It's not worth my time.
