well, their site says they've been around since 2013 and "training" is only $159 if you pre-register. Hmmmmm, not jumping on that one today.

Per their website CynAnotary.com they are a Notary and Signing Service establishment.
So now they have a Signing Service and notary. Two birds with one stone.
Wonder if they can vote also?

From numbers site:
All of our notaries wear white shirts and dark slacks or dark skirts with minimal make up and are required to look professional at all times.
