Have worked with them ...

1. signed 7/26/12, paid 9/1/12
2. signed 3/16/13, paid 4/13/13
3. signed 10/13/13, when payment not received by 11/13/13, I emailed inquiry. Their response: "Hi Yolanda- This will be going out with the next batch of checks on Saturday. We apologize for the delay." As of today's mail, still not received.

As of today's mail, payment not received.

Called and spoke to Mark Garcia, office manager. He stated due to additional delays, checks were cut and mailed 11/19/13 instead of 11/16/13. That if I didn't receive by Saturday, 11/23/13, call him and he'd put a stop payment on check and re-issue.

My personal opinion: I'm not liking this. Don't know what the "additional delays" are. Don't really care except for the fact that it's affecting my receiving payment. IMO, #1 Notary Signing Services is experiencing cash flow issues. Not a good sign. Again, that's just my opinion. That's too bad. They started off as an OK company.

I'll try adding to SC.

Received check today, 11/23/13. Check dated 11/19/13. Envelope postmarked 11/21/13.

Wonder if they waited 'til I called to mail it out .... ????
