Those who would obtain BGCs on us have responsibilities to protect our information. Also, because there is a thin line between our personal and business information for many of us (e.g., business name is our own, credit cards in our names, DMV records in our name, not the business) they are in effect collecting our personal information and WE have a right to privacy and consumer protections. excellent post! Each state has its own laws

some are not allowed to even collect your drivers license information except under very specific and strict circumstances.

Yes, WA does not give DMV info to NNA, unequal treatment of

notaries across the states.
