Anyone worked for them? Called for a deed signing. I think they are out of Kansas. Could not find with search and are not listed in Signing Central.

Usually they do a purchase in the Realty Office and the Realty faxes the docs to Title or Lender. Doesn't take long to pay. I have done 2 of these and last week I did a refinance.
