Watch for this company. They don't pay and they don't answer their phone . Did two signings for them in September and was never paid.

Where are they located? City, State, and do you have a telephone for them...Also link them if you will so we don't all accept future work from them.

I have an app program on my Iphone call NumberCop it Stop Spam Calls and Text on your phone, to block these non paying agencies.

a little research shows

They were just formed sometime in 2013, they are not listed in SC, yet, and everyone should be very cautious about these companies who came onto the SS landscape in the last year, as they are not well capitalized, and they will probably fade into the sunset of defunct companies' growing graveyard of nonpayers, BK companies, off to another occupation/scam.

It's all too easy to say, as Quick Notaries, ANS, and others before and after them, "we had to close our doors because we weren't paid, or business came to a standstill." They still owe the notaries and won't/can't pay because they've spent the disbursed title fee already and nothing left for the professional notary who actually performed the loan signing to make the closing possible.

SUCKS, huh?

Not familiar with one in FL..........

But I recently worked for one in Ontario, CA. Made two trips and initially was paid for only one. After I contacted and reminded them of the two-trips required, they paid right away, without a problem. I found them pleasant and good to work with, and that was through a property sale in which the sellers had some difficulty coping with paperwork.
