oops finger slipped
so i just got paid for work done August 3
it was a loan application for Service 1st Mortgage, Inc
Ms Smooth lied and lied and lied
finally called Brett Cohen the broker at Service 1st and he got me paid.
be persistent.

I have never been paid by her. Took a second because she begged and begged....and I gave in. I can't say enough negative things regarding Shannon. Bad News!!

2) Please, please, I'll get that check out today for the last signing you did for us!
3) I know, been so busy I haven't had time to be the bookkeeper
4) The bookkeeper has been out ill.
5) The bookkeeper ran away with all my money
6) I'm sure I sent you a check, I'll look into it and get another one out to you right away. NOT.
Endless excuses.
Times are tricky. Only work for the best. This woman is notorious for not paying until you hold her feet to the fire with escrow.
Terrible! Wonder how long she can last, and who is she friends with? Not the notaries for sure.

We just changed banks; we an out of checks; we just changed bookkeepers; that check didn't go out??; I wonder why that check didn't go out...;

I am shocked that you work for her. I have her listed in my contacts as a RED FlAG! I am not in business to feel sorry for people or work for free
