If you're talking about Title Logic in St. Petersburg, FL,

they are known for slow-pay & you have to chase your money (90-120 days, if you're lucky).
You might want to check Signing Central & do a search on cos. you're taking work from. You can save yourself a lot of hassle in the future.

I have been hounding them on an unpaid order from March. They won't pay, they won't budge. Can you believe a title company won't pay its bills. Why would anyone work for them?
