WOW! In all these years, Marilyn, you and I might have our first minor disagreement! (I say this smiling! We're always in agreement, which is why I rarely post...your responses are usually spot on what mine would be!) AND...I HOPE YOU'RE RIGHT!

We do have a state-mandated stay-at-home order here. Have you applied for benefits here in VA? (I have not yet, but may very shortly, as I think it's time to "roll up the draw bridge".) I cannot find a specific list for Virginia, but many states have specifically listed "Notary Public" as exempt under stay-at-home orders. I think that, if that's the case, between that and providing services in support of lending, we may be sunk!
