I have done a lot of work for them in the past. My understanding is that it is all the same company, just different branches. They use to pay well, but recently have started not meeting my prices so I haven't done much work lately. You invoice once a week and they usually pay within 2 weeks. The National Closing Manager is based in IN and is a really nice guy. I really wish they would pay more because it was great working with them. The only issue I ever had (other than the drastic drop in fees) was the delivery time of their e-docs. The e-docs were usually 2 hrs late.
