Agree w/ Lee. Biggest issue is they don't want to pay additional for faxing. It is time consuming and requires an extra stop before dropping. Unless you do a huge volume (daily shipping) w/ FedEx and UPS they won't pick up for free. They will pick up on some customers' accounts for free because the customer does volume w/ them but that's not the norm.
