Ryan Stone & Global Notary (see Stone's reply#402550)
Posted by NotaryOH on 11/2/11 10:39pm

Regarding details from 8/30/11, the original notary had backed out. So, Mike Ginter from Global Notary called me at the last minute and asked if I could quickly print docs and get there as fast as I can. I said sure. However, due to wife's meeting at work, it got rescheduled a total of three times by Mike Ginter at Global Notary, once with the original notary and twice with me.

I appreciate the replies from you guys/gals. I'm still feeling upset and can't believe the horrible email that Ryan Stone sent me. He tried to claim that someone else on his staff sent it from his email. I asked who and he didn't continue denying that he sent it. It referred to "his" staff in the email and he is the owner!

Over the course of a few weeks, when I called to follow-up, I was told by Mike Ginter and Lisa Meekins that Ryan is the only person who could cut checks. When I would request to speak to Ryan, they would he say he wasn't there. From what I quickly learned today, Ryan is a young arrogant individual with no loyalty, care or concern for me. He didn't apologize for the delay and he only cut my check after I followed up with Title. He emailed me saying, "Your opinion of my company means very little as you are obviously a rude and extremely unprofessional notary. It is notaries like you that give Signing agents and Signing Companies a bad name. I have not issued you payment on purpose the past two days." This was business as usual for Ryan, the owner of Global Notary.
