Mine is unprepaared brw's.
This includes brw's not being prepared by the LO, and being unprepared as Betsy indicated.3
If this were my appointment to sign, I would want to be ready, with no interruptions.
And I absolutely hate it when I go in and present the HUD/Note and the figures the LO were waaaay off. I hate it even more when the LO tries to get me to BS the brw into believing that this is the ONLY loan they can get.
