We are not allowed to dissect a package nor send out anything information from it to the client. The latest scam is inserting wrong wire instructions in packages. You haven't met this person and checked their ID's to even know it's them. It's really a no brainer. As much as you think you are doing a good deed, if they screw up, something off, it gets intercepted, they make a mistake, it falls on the person who sent it...who's not supposed to. Why risk it? Most title company's will send them a link, log in and then they can obtain it themselves. I would never do that. as is the most important and risky part of the transaction.
