dont think foreign language will have impact.
the electronic DMV records that will tie into the SOS voter rolls are of course all in English.
Having worked on govt contracts for similar projects - its a matter of patience and doing a repetitive action skillfully and not be bored. Haven;t seen the data as it appears in the software for DMV, Iam assuming that we could set up the time period of when DMV started issuing these special licenses. I saw a picture of one once that had an imprint of AB some # impressed across the front. It wont show like that on softwarerecords BUT it will certainly have that code # that we could use create a search function to pull out that license using the date and code data. |
