Well, if you aren't doing anything this weekend, you could sign up for an $1100, two-day course on how to get more signings with title/escrow companies.

Most signing services have no work or if they do, it's $50 with PSS or $65 with the Closing Exchange, Signing Stream, and a few others.

If you've got the funds, it might be worth a trip to San Diego's downtown Marriott and mix with industry leaders, hot dog signing agents and signing service owners to see how to get more direct work.
