Why should anyone give you a playbook to their business? Are you that entitled?
A few months ago you were only on the Fidelity sub-contactor list per one of your own posts. Good that you FINALLY got on the *direct* one. Not sure why, since you said you will NEVER get direct work in your area. But, I guess you see some value of what we have been telling you and I hope your revenue grows because you made that effort.
I run a certain business model, but I am open minded to what notaries do all across the country to build and grow theirs and how it could be useful for me. I also know when I read something that is just out of this world ridiculous. Like having the same fee for a SS and a direct client.
