Well done!

Agree with other Posters! If someone tries to hurry the call that's a red flag and I dig in my heels.

When a caller gets short with me that's another red flag. If someone is calling to ask you to do business with them (and especially to extend them credit!) they'd better be polite.

Keep away from people like "Mr. Rai". We don't need the aggravation. Leave him to the newbies that are willing to pay $99. (ROFLMAO)
