Re: I think we all have one or two in us.

A few years ago I showed up to do a Reverse Mortgage app signing at about 5 PM, (dusk) and all lights were out at the house. I knocked on the door and this little elderly lady answered apologizing because her power was out. I was about to call and cancel, but went inside to try and find her breaker box, and help her find some candles or a flashlight. She explained that she had been hospitalized for almost 3 months and she hadn't had time to do anything. She also didn't drive. We ended up signing her documents by candlelight on a plastic tub full of all her mail that a neighbor had been collecting for her.

Before leaving, I got in touch with a friend of mine who lives about a mile away, and she was willing to help her out.
